From 1990 to 1998, Herman worked as a senior process engineer at Scania Nederland B.V., where they contributed to various technical and ERP initiatives. They also held positions as a project engineer at World Wide Engineering and a product engineer at Philips in 1989. Between 1998 and 2014, Herman served as a project leader at Ergo-Design B.V., optimizing production plants and workcells through a comprehensive approach to design and training.
