Johan Mandell

Johan Mandell is the Vice President of Procurement for Powertrain & Electrification at Scania, overseeing a substantial procurement budget and leading a team of approximately 250 professionals across various global brands. Previously, Johan served as a Purchasing Director and held multiple managerial roles within Scania and Caverion, where they were responsible for procurement strategies and operations across diverse product lines. Johan began their career as a Legal Adviser at Södertälje Kommun before advancing in the procurement field. They hold an Executive Management Program degree from the Stockholm School of Economics and are currently pursuing further executive education there.
