Lars Gustafsson

Lars Gustafsson is a Senior Vice President and Head of Trucks at Scania Group, where they focus on enhancing customer value and driving strategic initiatives within the organization. Previously, Lars held various senior managerial roles in Industrial Operations, Corporate Strategy, and Sales & Marketing, demonstrating a strong record in setting strategies and improving performance in an international context. Lars was also recognized as one of the top ten rising potentials by 4potentials and is a member of the Board of Directors at both Scania Benelux and Scania Transportlaboratorium AB. They hold a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and have contributed as a teacher at the same institution.
