Mats Köpsén is the ILS Manager at Scania Group, a position held since 2017. Previously, they served as Head of Service Desk at Scania IT AB from 2013 to 2017 and as Head of IS/IT service market at Scania from 2008 to 2013. Earlier in their career, they were a Project Director at Scania Latin America from 2006 to 2008, overseeing the introduction of new truck and bus programs.
