Niclas Lindmark possesses extensive experience in customs consultancy and management, having served as Customs Consultancy Specialist and Team Leader, later advancing to Customs Brokerage Manager at Agility from January 2016 to April 2017. Since July 2017, Niclas has been a Representative at the WG-TEP-C Group for the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association (ACEA), focusing on customs-related issues. Earlier roles include Risk Manager, Customs Consultancy Specialist, and Customs Coordinator at DHL from January 2003 to August 2006, and Head of Customs and Customs Specialist at Scania Group in March 2020. Niclas also contributed as a member of the SCTE Customs committee from August 2016 to April 2017. Niclas holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Legal Studies from Uppsala University and has studied International Trade Law and European Company Law at Utrecht University.
