Pär Rathsman has extensive experience in commercial operations and IT management, currently serving as the Head of D365 Platform at Scania Group. From 1998 to 2000, Pär worked at Volkswagen Group Sverige AB as Regionchef Teknisk Support, and later held various key positions at Scania, including Head of Scania Integrated Service Provider and Director of Sales & Order to Delivery Tools. Pär has also been a Managing Director at BITS DATA and an Executive Manager in IT Portfolio Management at Scania Latin America. Pär holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and has completed programs in management and financial analysis.
