Peter Björk has over two decades of experience in customer experience design, marketing, and digital strategy. Currently serving as Head of Customer Experience Design at Scania Group, Peter also holds roles as Chief Product Manager and CX Transformation Program Lead, leading cross-functional teams to enhance customer interactions. Prior experience includes Head of Marketing at SPP, where responsibility encompassed marketing budgets and digital channels, as well as leadership positions at Connecta and alaTest, including COO and Co-founder roles. Peter's educational background includes a Master of Science in International Business from Uppsala University and participation in the International Management Programme at HEC Lausanne.
