Ronny Rova has extensive experience in various roles within the technical and educational sectors. In January 2005, Ronny began serving as a Förtroendevald at Unionen. Prior to this position, Ronny worked at Scania Group from June 1992 to August 1996 as a Servicetekniker in production and VVS, and also held roles as a Huvudskyddsombud/Senior Safety Officer and Lärare. Following Scania, Ronny was a Servicetekniker at Proclima Processervice from August 1996 to February 1998, specializing in PLC systems within the automotive, trucking, refrigeration, and recycling industries. Additionally, Ronny taught at Mälardalens Tekniska Gymnasium from February 2011 to February 2016. Educational qualifications include a vocational teaching diploma from Linköpings universitet (2011-2013), a course in Occupational Health Law from Örebro universitet (2017), and additional studies in Labor Law from Örebro universitet (2022-2023).
