Simon Beer

Simon Beer is a Group Manager in Production Engineering - Final Assembly at Scania Group, where they oversee industrialization of eMobility propulsion units. Previously, Simon worked as a Project Manager for Industrial Engineering eMachine and conducted research as a Student Assistant at KTH. They completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Hochschule München and a Master of Science in Production Engineering and Management from Kungliga Tekniska högskolan, where Simon also contributed as a Student Assistant. Their academic projects included a thesis on additive manufacturing and managing uncertainty in production system design for electric motors and the commercial vehicle industry, respectively.
