Steve Ma is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Global Management at the City University of Seattle. They possess a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Machinery from China Agricultural University, earned in 1985. Steve has extensive experience in the heavy machinery industry, having held roles such as Sales Director at Scania Sales (China) Co., Ltd since 2005, and previously served as a Marketing Manager at Iveco and as a Sales and Service Manager at CNH Industrial from 1997 to 2001. They worked as a Section Chief and Engineer at the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences from 1985 to 1997, developing a strong understanding of the industry and valuable connections with industry stakeholders.
