Susan Su

Susan Su currently serves as Head of Digitalization in the AOR region at Scania Group, a position held since June 2021, and also holds the title of Business Development Director. Prior experience includes a role as Strategy & Resource Management Deputy General Manager at Alliance Innovation Lab Shanghai, where Susan Su developed overall company strategy and led strategic projects from October 2019 to June 2021. Prior to that, Susan Su was a Sr. Strategy Manager at 滴滴, focusing on strategic development for the aftersales company Xiaoju Auto Care. Further experience encompasses serving as China Strategy Senior Manager at Jaguar Land Rover, where innovation strategy was led, and as a Principal at EY-Parthenon, overseeing numerous projects related to commercial due diligence and market entry strategies. Susan Su began their career as a Business Analyst at Synovate Business Consulting. Education includes an ongoing Master EMBA program at Washington University in St. Louis from 2023 to 2024.
