Thom Brander is the Head of Process Engineering for the Engine Test and Paint Shop, having previously served as a Team Leader and Group Manager for both the Axle Paint Shop and Gearbox Assembly at Scania Group. Thom's career at Scania began as a Production Team Member from 2010 to 2013, followed by a role as Lean Coordinator from 2018 to 2019. They hold a degree in IT & Natural Science from IT-Gymnasiet, where they studied from 2003 to 2006.
