Timothy Jackson

Timothy Jackson has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2010 when they worked as a Ski Instructor at Liberty Mountain Ski Resort and a Server at Ocean View Grill. In 2012, they became a Camp Counselor at Camp Orchard Hill. In 2014, they worked as a Solar Advisor at Sungevity and a Barista at Uncommon Grounds Coffee. From 2015 to 2019, they held the role of Solar Engineering Specialist and Sales Planner at Hudson Solar. In 2021, they took on the role of Vice President of Customer Success at Scanifly. In their current role at SunCommon, they perform full engineering site evaluations for commercial, residential and community scale solar projects, as well as engineering design work and 3D modeling, and acts as the primary site engineer for the Hudson valley and Albany capital region and the drone pilot for all of their flights for projects.

Timothy Jackson attended Wyoming Seminary College Preparatory School from 2004 to 2008, where they studied General Studies. Timothy then attended Penn State University from 2008 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Energy Business and Finance. Timothy has obtained several certifications since then, including a Remote Airman sUAS from the Federal Aviation Administration in June 2017, an OSHA 10-Hour from OSHA-Training.com in November 2015, a NABCEP PV Installation Professional from NABCEP: North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners in October 2020, a NABCEP PV Technical Sales from the same institution in October 2017, and a NABCEP Associate from the same institution.
