Dror Krichman is an accomplished professional currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors at ScanMaster Systems and Mishkey Hanegev, and as the Chairman of the Board of Finance & Businesses at Kibbutz Hatzerim. In this role, Dror leads the kibbutz's long-term financial strategy and oversees budget planning and investment initiatives. Dror has also held various leadership positions, including Engineering Manager at Netafim México and Manufacturing Process Engineer at Netafim. Educated at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Dror earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration.
