Ivan Poletti

Ivan Poletti is currently the Head of Construction Italy at Scannell Properties. Prior to this role, Ivan worked at Prologis where Ivan held various titles including VP, Property and Project Manager Italy and Director - Country Property Manager. With a background in Civil Engineering, Ivan's experience includes managing lease contracts, overseeing budget planning, cost control, and maintenance projects for logistic sites, office buildings, and shopping centers. Ivan has also worked as a Technical Engineer at Cushman & Wakefield LLP and IBM. Ivan has completed their education at MIP Politecnico di Milano and Università di Pavia.
