Mathias Olejnik

Mathias Olejnik has extensive experience in software engineering, currently serving as an Ingeniero de plataforma at Scanntech Uruguay since December 2025. Previously, Mathias worked as an Ingeniero de software superior at Trick Studios, focusing on a custom C++ game engine for Pinball and Arcade machines. At Retargetly, Mathias was instrumental in defining the architecture for an SSP while developing real-time traffic management systems. During tenure at Mercado Libre, Mathias contributed to managing customer purchases and inventory using microservices primarily in Java. Prior experience includes roles at Lagash, where Mathias developed SPAs for Banco Santander and worked on templating engines for Banco Galicia, as well as leadership at ADV Technology S.R.L. in designing Front/Back End applications. Mathias holds a Técnico degree in Computación from Maria Sanchez de Thompson.
