About us
Scanrgy is a young Berlin-based AI startup with roots in district heating and the energy sector. We develop cutting-edge AI pipelines for image analysis, specifically optimized for the needs of the energy industry. Our solutions combine the latest research with real-world expertise – developed in close collaboration with academia and industry.
Focus: Municipal Heat Planning & Energy Sector
Our AI-powered building analysis delivers building-level data on construction age, renovation status, and energy demand. This provides a solid foundation for reliable heat and demand analyses. Municipalities, cities, and utilities can design their heat planning efficiently and with long-term security. Grid operators and energy providers use our data to plan grid expansion and investments on a sound basis.
Innovative & practice-oriented
Scanrgy stands for innovation in a traditionally conservative sector: with state-of-the-art, field-tested AI models, we make previously inaccessible building data usable. This opens up new opportunities for a data-driven energy transition – fast, scalable, and cost-efficient.
Extended applications
The real estate, insurance, and finance sectors also benefit from our data. Digital building analyses enable housing companies to evaluate their portfolios more efficiently, insurers to improve risk management, and banks to assess ESG criteria and securities more precisely. This reduces costs, minimizes risks, and supports sustainable investment decisions.
