Amy Pharr

Amy Pharr is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR functions across North America, the European Union, and LATAM. Since joining ScanSource in July 2003 as the Director of Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits, responsibilities have included recruitment, retention, benefit program review, and compensation structure. Prior to this role, Amy served as the Manager of Human Resources at Transcept, a technology start-up, and as the Director of Human Resources at Provena Health, where representation was provided for 1,200 full-time employees in a large acute care hospital setting. Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University.
