Brian Ricca

Brian Ricca has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Brian started their career at MAB Paints as a Worker in 2000. In 2002, they joined KBZ Communications as a Tech Support and IT Manager. At KBZ Communications, they held various positions including Federal and Mid-Atlantic Sales Engineer, Regional Director for the Central and Mid-Atlantic regions, and Regional Director for the North and Central Commercial team. In 2014, they became the Director of Commercial Sales and Operations, leading the Operations department through a project to improve tools and processes. In 2015, they joined ScanSource as the Sr. Director Sales Operations, responsible for leading a team and managing Cisco distribution practices. Brian later served as the VP Sales Operations and is currently the VP WW Business Operations.

Brian Ricca attended Arcadia University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
