James Johnson, MBA, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in Learning and Development, currently serving as the Director at ScanSource since February 2018. Prior to this role, James held multiple positions at SYNNEX from December 2012 to February 2018, including Senior Manager and Manager of Corporate Learning and Development, as well as Senior Corporate Trainer. James's career began at SmileMakers, A Berkshire Hathaway Company, where responsibilities included Senior Corporate Trainer and LMS Administrator from October 2009 to December 2012.
