Ken Peterson

Ken Peterson, SPHR, MA, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in diversity and human resources management. Since June 2017, Ken has served as the Chief Diversity Officer and Senior HR Director at ScanSource, providing HR leadership to over 70 locations in North Carolina. Prior to this role, Ken was the Vice President of Field HR at Southeastern Grocers from October 2014 to June 2017 and spent over two decades with BI-LO, LLC, holding various positions including Vice President of HR and Diversity. Ken's academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from South Carolina State University.
