Mary Gentry

Mary Gentry is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership and investor relations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President, Finance and Treasurer at ScanSource, a Nasdaq-listed Fortune 1000 international technology distributor, Mary has been instrumental in driving ongoing value since August 2011. Previously, at The South Financial Group from 1991 to 2010, Mary created a nationally recognized investor relations program and managed critical financial functions as Executive Vice President. Earlier roles include Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at Marriott International and Senior Accountant at Ernst & Young. Mary holds an MBA with Distinction in Finance from The Wharton School and a Summa Cum Laude B.S. in Accountancy from Wake Forest University.
