Parag Patel has an extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Parag currently holds the position of VP of Software Solutions at ScanSource, a role they started in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Management Consultant at Celesteq, Inc from 2022 to 2023. From 2018 to 2022, Parag served as the Global Director of Product Management - Software and Analytics at InVue, where they spearheaded the commercialization strategy and growth of existing products while leading the development of the next generation of a SaaS eco-system. Before that, they were the Director of Product Management at OpenConnect Systems Incorporated from 2017 to 2018, where they developed innovative products for the Robotic Process Automation market. Parag also served as the Director of Client Engagement at Celesteq, Inc in 2017, providing operational strategy consultations. From 2013 to 2017, Parag worked as a Senior Manager Product & Project Management at Alliance Data, leading the development of a SaaS B2B e-commerce credit card and payment financing platform.
