Shawn Carpenter

Shawn Carpenter has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Shawn began their career at Ingles Markets, Inc. in 2005 as a Customer Service Manager. After five years, they moved onto ScanSource, where they held multiple roles. Shawn started as a Customer Service Representative in 2010 and gradually progressed to become the ERP Business Analyst Lead in 2014. In this position, they played a significant role in implementing the SAP system for ScanSource. Shawn's most recent position at ScanSource was Director of Operations, which they assumed in March 2019.

Shawn Carpenter holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, which was obtained from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from Western Governors University, spanning from 2017 to 2021. Their education journey began at Greenville Technical College, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Culinary Arts - Baking, from 2006 to 2009.
