Tammy Swank

Tammy Swank has extensive experience in supply chain management and service coordination, currently serving as Supply Chain Manager at ScanSource since July 2006. In this role, Tammy manages a team that provides Business Partners with Avaya maintenance and implementation quotes, and has held positions as Service Coordinator for AVAYA implementation services and Team Lead for the Catalyst division's Avaya Services Team. Additionally, since November 2012, Tammy has been the Team Leader for the Avaya Client Services Group at Catalyst Telecom, overseeing Service Coordinators responsible for quoting and processing Avaya service requests. Prior to these roles, Tammy worked as a Direct Loan Coordinator and PM assistant at Kaplan and held a Coordinator position at TIC from 1991 to 2003.
