Ellen Beale is the General Manager - People at Scape, having held this role since 2020. With a strong background in human resources, Ellen previously served as an HR Generalist, Strategic Partnerships Manager, and General Manager - Community at the National Rugby League between 2012 and 2015, and held various senior HR positions at Ernst & Young from 2007 to 2009. Ellen also contributed as the Leadership Capability Team Leader at Lion Nathan National Foods in 2011-2012 and led operations at Home Care Heroes in 2019. Currently, Ellen is pursuing a Bachelor of Economics with a focus on Social Sciences at the University of Sydney.
