Tom Devaney

Tom Devaney is currently the Global Chief Operating Officer at Scape and Morro, having held the role since 2023. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and catering sectors in the UK and Ireland, Tom previously served as Managing Director at Scape from 2015 to 2023. Prior to that, Tom worked as Operations Director at Generator Hostels and held general management positions at several prestigious hotel chains including InterContinental Hotels Group, Hilton Worldwide, Marriott International, and Jurys Doyle Hotel Group. Tom consistently demonstrates strong interpersonal and leadership skills, successfully managing numerous hotel openings and operations throughout their career.
