Karen Evans

Karen Evans is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various financial leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Scape Properties since July 2025, Karen held the position of Financial Controller at Hi-Vis Group from July 2021 to August 2025. Prior to that, Karen worked as Finance Manager at both Central Real Capital and Central Real, and began a career in finance as an Accountant at Chan and Naylor Central Coast and Photo Corporation Australia Pty Ltd. Karen's earlier experience includes managing practice operations at See Accounting and serving as a Management Accountant at Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics. An alumnus of the University of Newcastle, Karen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Accounting.
