Brad Howe

Design Director at SCAPE

Brad Howe has a diverse work experience in the field of landscape architecture. Brad is currently working at SCAPE Landscape Architecture DPC, where they have held various roles including Design Director, Senior Associate, Associate, and Landscape Designer since joining the company in 2015. Brad also has experience in academia, having worked as an Adjunct Assistant Professor and Adjunct Lecturer at The City College of New York since 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Harvard University Graduate School of Design from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, Brad has worked as a Research Assistant for the Live Matter exhibition by Rosetta Elkin and as a Design Fellow at Emerging Terrain. Brad started their career as a Landscape Architecture Intern at Sasaki Associates in 2012.

Brad Howe completed their Master of Landscape Architecture I from Harvard University Graduate School of Design, studying in the field of Landscape Architecture, from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Design at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, attending from 2008 to 2012. In the initial years of their education, from 2006 to 2008, Brad attended South Dakota State University, where they focused on Biology, General (Pre-Medicine) without obtaining a degree.
