Seasoned IT Professional Dan Scarpulla Joins Scarinci Hollenbeck as Director of Information Technology April 9, 2021 - Lyndhurst, NJ – As Scarinci Hollenbeck continues its expansion, the firm has been focusing on refining its business practices to maintain its long tradition of offering quality legal service. In order to effectively support this expansion, the firm has welcomed the addition of Dan Scarpulla as the new Director of Information Technology (IT). Mr. Scarpulla brings with him nearly two decades of experience in the field of IT. His addition enables the firm to remain up-to-date in its adoption of emerging technologies in an evolving workforce and more efficient in helping our attorneys more effectively serve our clients. “The addition of Dan ensures that our firm can accommodate the continued expansion of our practice groups, protect valuable data and provide both our attorneys and staff with the tools to handle any challenges the future may have in store,” stated Executive Director Katerin Traugh. “He is an excellent addition to our team and we are glad to welcome him aboard.” Dan Scarpulla has served in a variety of roles ranging from Business Support Specialist to IT Team Leader and Systems Administrator. Mr. Scarpulla is proficient in a wide array of technologies including Powershell scripting, VMware, digital automation and storage. He has years of experience working on both physical and virtual servers, networking, SAN’s, IT security, disaster recovery processes, and much more. Additionally, Mr. Scarpulla has led a number of major projects including the development of 200 virtual machines in both production and DR sites, which included the building of a new VMware infrastructure. At Scarinci Hollenbeck, Mr. Scarpulla will be overseeing the firm’s IT department as well as maintaining and optimizing the various digital systems that enable the firm to continue running efficiently and protect important data. “I am thrilled to bring my skills over to the firm,” remarked Mr. Scarpulla. “With so many businesses having converted to mostly remote workforces over the last year, cyber security has become a vital issue for not only enabling businesses to survive but also to protect valuable client data. Junjuan Song brings unique skills to Scarinci Hollenbeck

Law firm Scarinci Hollenbeck has announced the appointment of attorney Junjuan Song to its Commercial Real Estate and Corporate Transactions & Business Law practice groups. In her role, Ms. Song will focus on matters including mortgage financing, commercial project acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing and other transactional matters. "Junjuan is a unique attorney with an impressive background," said Scarinci Hollenbeck Managing Partner Donald Scarinci. "She is but one of few Chinese transactional attorneys dually-licensed in both New York and New Jersey. She also brings with her notable experience in international law matters, which greatly increases the international reach of the firm, especially in China. We are grateful to welcome her to our team." Ms. Song is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, and has extensive experience representing financial institutions, e-commerce clients, developers, entrepreneurial and corporate clients, and individual and institutional investors. She is also an expert in international law, particularly immigration law. She has nearly 10 years of legal experience, most recently as a Partner at Song Law Group. Based out of the firm’s Lyndhurst, NJ office, Corey L. LaBrutto is the latest addition to the Scarinci Hollenbeck team. LaBrutto, an experienced attorney, will be focusing on both New York and New Jersey litigation matters. She will primarily focus on matters relating to commercial litigation. This comes after several years of handling commercial litigation matters, intellectual property disputes, contract disputes, and general business matters. “Corey is an excellent attorney whose experience will enhance the scope of services offered by our litigation practice. Her addition marks the beginning of a new chapter for the group as we look to expand in the new year and we are excited to welcome her to the team,” remarked Robert Levy, Partner & Chair of the firm’s litigation practice. Before signing on with Scarinci Hollenbeck, LaBrutto was affiliated with a Union, NJ law firm where she cut her teeth in a wide range of litigation areas. She also notably served as a law clerk to the well-regarded appellate judge, the Hon. Clarkson Fisher Jr., PJAD. In his new role, Mr. Eynon will also lead the firm’s new government strategies practice group. "Teddy is an experienced attorney and political strategist with a knack for successfully bridging the gap between politics and business," said Scarinci Hollenbeck Managing Partner Donald Scarinci. "He understands the ins and outs of public policy & government relations, as well as the impact that various laws, policies and regulations may have on your business. Mr. Eynon has extensive experience in politics, public policy and government relations, acquired across nearly 20 years of senior leadership within law firms.
