Tre Gerbitz possesses extensive experience in the hospitality and beverage industry, having worked in various roles from server to management positions. Starting as a server at MC Perkins Cove and an apprentice chef at ARROWS RESTAURANT LTD, Tre later advanced to key roles such as Opening GM & Wine Director at Emmerson restaurant and AGM & Beverage Director at The Mediterranean Restaurant. Tre transitioned to consulting, offering expertise as a Hospitality & Beverage Consultant from December 2017 to September 2025. Additional positions include Bartender at Eleven Madison Park and Brasserie Ten Ten, and Sommelier at Frasca Hospitality Group. Currently, Tre serves as South East Sales Manager at Scarpetta Wine. Tre's educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado Boulder, achieved in 2015.
