With over 20 years of experience as a Superyacht Captain and Shipyard Director, Sean Blair founded SCB Yacht Solutions with a clear vision: to provide a select clientele with comprehensive and personalized support in technical yacht management.

Our expertise covers three core areas:
-Technical and operational support
-Refit and renovation project management
-New build management and supervision

Over time, our clients naturally turned to us to sell their yachts once the refit process was completed. This led to the creation of the Brokerage division in 2025, managed by William B. Santoni.

By 2026, SCB Yacht Solutions aims to expand its services to include a Charter division, ensuring our clients receive end-to-end support across all aspects of yachting — from conception and construction to sale and management.
