Andy Edwards holds extensive experience in account and business development, primarily within the IT and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Account Director at SCC since April 2018, Andy leads sales and relationship engagement with strategic financial services customers, achieving year-over-year margin growth through new multiyear managed services contracts and an increase in software and hardware sales. Prior to SCC, Andy was Account Director at nscglobal, focusing on global service provider customers and managing significant client relationships. Earlier experience includes a long tenure at BT Global Services, where Andy held roles such as Client Director and Global Account Director, responsible for strategy execution and senior-level relationship management with major professional services clients.
