Cate Martin

Cate Martin's work experience includes various roles in talent development, learning, and leadership management. Cate currently works at SCC as the Head of Talent and previously held positions as the Head of Talent Development and Learning, and as a Learning & Development Business Partner. Prior to SCC, Cate worked at Ricoh UK as a Leadership Learning Manager, Leadership Delivery Lead, Partner Sales Manager, Business Generation Team Leader, and Business Generation Executive. Before that, they were a Sales Team Manager at Opal Telecom and an Assistant Catering Manager at the University of Central Lancashire. Cate's early career involved working as a Pub Licensee at JD Wetherspoon.

Cate Martin attended the University of Central Lancashire from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a BA (hons) degree in Hospitality Management.
