Jack McLachlan has extensive experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM), currently serving as the Head of ITAM at SCC since February 2022 after the acquisition of Civica ITAM Services. Jack successfully established ITAM as a new business unit, achieving over 80% customer retention and enhancing sales understanding of the ITAM service portfolio. Previously, Jack held roles at Portsmouth Football Club as a Women's Talent ID Scout and at Civica, where responsibilities included managing enterprise-level accounts and facilitating SAM services. Prior positions at Trustmarque involved progressively responsible roles in SAM analysis and services planning, and Jack's career began as a Debt Resolution Analyst at Anglian Water Services. Jack holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Lincoln.
