Technical Lead - Service Improvement Program And Telephony

Jon Cowle has extensive experience in technical support and service improvement within the telecommunications sector. Since July 2003, Jon has served as Technical Lead for the Service Improvement Program and Telephony at SCC, where responsibilities include the implementation, support, and maintenance of the Avaya Aura 6.3 telephony platform for a large scale of contact centre agents and customers across Europe. Previously, Jon held a Senior Telephony Support Engineer position, with SC clearance, and worked as an ITSM 3rd Line Support Analyst, specializing in technologies such as Symantec NetBackup and Microsoft Exchange. Jon's career began at Marconi PLC from September 1997 to June 2003, progressing from an Electronics and Telecommunications Apprentice to a 1st Line Support Engineer. Jon completed secondary education at Coundon Court School and Community College from 1992 to 1997.
