Karamjit Kaur is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and cyber security. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and Cyber Services Manager at SCC since July 2022, Karamjit previously held various roles at BT from September 2020 to July 2022, including Cyber Security Service Design & Integration, Cyber Security Complex Delivery Manager, and Cyber Security Project Manager. Karamjit's career began at JD Sports Fashion plc as a Sales Assistant, followed by positions at Primark Stores Limited as a Key Holder, Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Assistant, and B&Q as a Customer Advisor prior to entering the cyber security field. Karamjit holds a Master's degree in Management and International Business and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management from Birmingham City University, as well as A-Levels from Cockshut Hill Technology College.
