Keith Conway

Servicenow Platform Architect

Keith Conway possesses extensive experience in IT service management, currently serving as a ServiceNow Platform Architect at SCC since July 2012. Over the years, Keith has held various roles at SCC, including ServiceNow Service/Solution Architect, Service Desk Operations Manager, and Service Centre Service Assurance Manager. Additionally, Keith has experience as Incident, Problem, and Change Lead for the National Trust and has led Incident and Problem Management teams. Prior to SCC, Keith worked at Kraft Foods as an IT Service Desk Team Leader and IT Analyst. Education was completed at Bishop Challoner RC School from 1994 to 1999.
