Mark Hill has extensive experience in service delivery and operations within the telecommunications and IT sectors. Currently serving as Service Delivery Manager at SCC since February 2022, Mark oversees service delivery and customer satisfaction. Prior to this, Mark held significant roles at MPS Networks Limited, including Head of Operations and Cloud Services, where responsibilities encompassed managing large key accounts, project delivery, and team development. With a background in engineering and operations from previous positions at Voice 2 Voice Limited, TMG Telecom, Du'Pre Plc, Midland Phone Services, and British Telecom, Mark has consistently focused on excellence in customer service and efficient project execution. Mark's career began in the Royal Navy, where training as a Radar Operator laid the foundation for a successful transition into the telecommunications field.
