Matt Wheeler

Matt Wheeler has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Matt began their career at Tenneco Europe in 1992, where they served as a European Project Leader for ten years. In 2005, they joined Open Logic Solutions as an Infrastructure Manager, responsible for managing and supporting the company's infrastructure and implementing a service desk model. Matt then moved on to Ascendant Technology in 2011, where they became the Global IT Manager and led the transition of Open Logic's virtual infrastructure. Matt also provided IT technology vision and leadership within EMEA and supported the VP of IT globally. In 2013, they joined Avnet Technology Solutions as an IT Manager, overseeing the transition of Ascendant's IT infrastructure during its acquisition by Avnet. Matt continued to operate as a Service Level Manager between IT and the Services Businesses acquired by Avnet. Most recently, they have been working at SCC, where they held positions such as Service Governance and Compliance Manager, Head of Governance and Testing, and currently serves as the Head of Data Governance.

Matt Wheeler attended Lyndon Secondary from 1985 to 1990. Matt also attended Knowledge Academy and Solihull College of Technology, but the specific dates and degree/field of study are unknown.
