Mike Walker is an experienced Program and Project Manager with a strong background in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives, particularly in the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Program Manager at SCC since November 2019, Mike previously held similar roles at DXC Technology and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where responsibilities included managing significant projects aimed at reducing cheque clearing cycles and implementing new infrastructure and applications for major banking institutions. With expertise in managing multiple concurrent projects, leading distributed teams, and navigating complex scope changes, Mike has consistently delivered value across various platforms and domains. Mike's career began with foundational roles at Electronic Data Systems and Softlink, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Aberystwyth University.
