Mus Khan has extensive experience in project and customer engagement management, currently serving as a Customer Engagement Manager, ServiceNow Scrum Master, and ServiceNow Project Manager at SCC since April 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a Software Project Manager at FIS from March 2015 to December 2018 and RSL Region Services Ltd from July 2013 to March 2015. Mus also held the position of Development Team Lead at Capgemini from April 2004 to March 2013 and at Electronic Data Systems from January 1998 to April 2004. Academically, Mus holds a Master's degree in Computing from De Montfort University and a BA in Engineering and Business Management from the University of Greenwich.
