Natalie Sherratt

Natalie Sherratt has been working in the IT industry for over 20 years. Natalie started their career at Star Internet as a Provisioning Manager in 2000. Natalie then moved to SCC in September 2016, where they are currently the Head of ServiceNow and Telephony Systems. Natalie is responsible for SCC's in-house ServiceNow practice and integration services between ServiceNow and Avaya telephony.

They work with Sara Wilkes - Customer Experience Director, James Henigan - MD Cloud and Cyber Services, and Grant Bean - Operations Director. Their manager is James Rigby, Chief Executive Officer, SCC EMEA.
