Rob Westacott

Rob Westacott is an experienced Data Centre Services Engineer at SCC, a position held since September 2010. Previously, Rob served as a Senior Systems Engineer at Atradius from April 1998 to September 2010, providing third-line support to service delivery teams across Europe, America, and Asia Pacific while also assisting the Programme Management Office and Technical Architects. Rob's earlier experience includes work as a Systems Engineer at Computacenter, where support was provided to NCM Credit Insurance, and as a Senior Field Service Engineer at Thorn EMI Computeraid, delivering on-site support to notable clients in South Wales and West. Rob holds a HTEC degree in Industrial Measurement and Control from Newport College of Higher Education, attained between 2000 and 2002.
