Sean Jackson

Sean Jackson is a seasoned pre-sales leader with extensive experience in IT Managed Services, currently serving as the Head of Managed Service Pre-sales at SCC since September 2008. Jackson specializes in high-quality annuity IT solutions across various sectors, actively building a high-performing pre-sales function. Previously, Jackson held the role of Solution Manager, leading strategic services engagements and managing end-to-end Solution Design and Architecture in line with SCC's offerings. Prior experience includes serving as a Service Solution Architect, where responsibilities encompassed leading outsourcing deals, stakeholder engagement, and implementing best practice service management processes. Earlier career experience includes a tenure as a Service Architect at Serco from January 1999 to July 2008. Jackson holds a degree from the University of Leicester, obtained between 1994 and 1997.
