Stephen Hayes

Stephen Hayes is an experienced professional in the field of solutions architecture and management, currently serving as the Solutions Architects Manager at SCC since February 2015. In this role, Stephen provides leadership and oversight for the development and delivery of solutions for SCC's Managed Service customers, ensuring the Solutions Architects possess the necessary skills and resources. Prior to this, Stephen held the position of Head of Solutions Design at Capita Service Birmingham from 2006 to 2015, where responsibilities included developing new services and enhancing existing offerings for Link2ICT customers. Additionally, Stephen managed an enterprise-level infrastructure as Operations Manager for the Server Team at the same company, overseeing a significant server estate serving over 20,000 end users. Stephen's educational background includes multiple HNC qualifications in Computer Studies, Business and Finance from Birmingham Polytechnic and Matthew Boulton Technical College.
