Valeria Bardu is an experienced professional with a diverse background in service assurance, commercial operations, and data management. Currently serving as a Service Assurance Manager/Service Support Manager at SCC since July 2022, Valeria focuses on enhancing service efficiency and maintaining process documentation. Prior experience includes roles such as a Commercial Executive at HCLTech, where Valeria managed P&L accuracy and contract accountability, and an Operations Executive at Xerox, where responsibilities included billing management and report production. Valeria's career began in human resources and project supervision, complemented by a degree in English Literature from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași.
