Bruce Elliot

Bruce Elliot, Ed.D, MBA, PMP, serves as the Vice President of North Region Logistics at Swire Coca-Cola since May 2023. Elliot previously held the position of Senior Director at Genpact from July 2021 to June 2023 and was the Chief Operations Officer at Alameda County Community Food Bank, overseeing 100 employees and 20,000 volunteers. With extensive experience in supply chain management, Elliot has contributed to organizations such as Nissin Foods as VP Supply Chain, Coca-Cola Refreshments where responsibilities included leading strategy and execution for transportation and warehouse operations, and Coca-Cola Enterprises, managing demand and production planning. Earlier roles also include Site General Manager at Avery Dennison and various positions at Frito Lay, as well as service as a Commissioned Officer in the US Army's Aviation Branch. Elliot holds a Doctor of Education from USC Rossier School of Education, an MBA from the University of Denver, and a BSBA in Marketing from the University of San Francisco.
