Seraj Issa

Seraj Issa has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Seraj began their career in 2004 as a Tech Support at Al Alem Internet Cafe & Printing Services. Seraj then worked as a Shift Manager at Fast and Easy from 2005 to 2006. In 2007, Seraj became a Business Owner at Don Corlieons Diner & Pizza until 2009. From 2009 to 2012, they served as a Computer Laboratory Technician at Armstrong State University.

In 2012, Seraj transitioned to the role of Online Marketing at Boost Mobile Store for a brief period. Seraj then moved on to become the PMO Manager at Nationl ID Number from 2012 to 2014. Seraj then held the position of Training and Development Office Manager at College of Computer Technology Tripoli (CCTT) from 2014 to 2015. Seraj subsequently served as an IT Project Manager at WS for Information Systems and Communication Technologies LLC from 2015 to 2017.

From 2017 to 2018, Seraj worked as a Technical Support Specialist at OnBrand24. More recently, they joined scDataCom in 2019 and has held several roles including Low Voltage Technician from 2019 to 2020, Service and Inventory Manager from 2020 to 2021, and currently as a Project Manager since 2020.

Throughout their various positions, Seraj has gained experience in project management, technical support, inventory management, IT project management, and training and development.

Seraj Issa completed an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications at the College of Computer Technology Tripoli from 2000 to 2004. Following that, from 2009 to 2012, Seraj earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Georgia Southern University. In terms of additional certifications, Seraj obtained a Certified International Project Manager certification from the AAPM ® American Academy of Project Management ® in July 2013. Furthermore, Seraj obtained certifications in Introduction to Software Product Management, Client Needs and Software Requirements, and Software Processes and Agile Practices from various institutions such as the University of Alberta and Coursera Course Certificates in 2018.
