What began as a bakery has always been something bigger. A way of connecting people through good craft and good food. Our story began in San Francisco, learning from master bakers and the energy of a city that demanded excellence. We brought that spirit home to Ireland and shaped it into something new, something rooted in Irish soil, Irish voices and Irish generosity.

From humble beginnings as a micro-bakery in a shipping container on an organic farm, the business continues to go from strength to strength - with both locations and the team continuously growing, both in numbers and ability.

The next chapter in our story promises to be the most exciting yet.
